If you are encountering the following message, "Lesson is waiting to be downloaded at 0%" and the download fails, please try the following:
While connected to a strong WiFi network please use the following instructions to reinstall the app:
- Tap and hold the MindSnacks icon on your home screen until it wiggles. Tap the X to delete the app from your device.
- Turn your device off. Wait a minute and turn your device back on.
- Go to the App Store and download MindSnacks again.
- At the welcome screen, tap "Log in". Enter your email address and password that you created.
By logging back into your account, your data and progress will automatically be restored, so you will not lose place in the app.
