Take the following steps in order and stop when your app works again:
- Check your internet connection.
- Ensure you're running the latest version of MindSnacks.
- Ensure you have the latest iOS.
- Restart the MindSnacks app.
- Select a new lesson. This is helpful if you seem to be stuck on a lesson and aren't advancing in levels or earning more XP.
- Download over cellular if your WIFI connection is spotty and you can't download lessons or games.
- Restart your device.
- Delete, reinstall, and login to MindSnacks again. (Fear not! By logging in, you will be able to restore your progress, including any purchases)
